Some of our activities
At TCHI, our mission is to empower vulnerable children and families through a range of impactful activities that address their immediate needs and promote long-term well-being. We focus on children advocacy, ensuring that the rights of children in Dar Es Salaam and across Tanzania are upheld. Our advocacy initiatives include raising awareness about child protection issues, lobbying for better policies, and providing educational resources to families. Through community outreach programs, we engage local stakeholders to foster an environment that supports children’s rights and well-being.
In addition to advocacy, TCHI offers various programs aimed at child empowerment and family support. Our initiatives include skills training, mentorship, and counseling services designed to help children and families build resilience. We facilitate workshops and seminars to educate parents on effective parenting practices and financial literacy, equipping them with the tools they need to provide a stable environment for their children. By working collaboratively with local organizations and volunteers, we strive to create sustainable solutions that uplift families and foster a brighter future for the children of Tanzania.
